One of my new favorite meals is Hominy Hash. Having found a link of Eckert sausage in the freezer, I decided to try hominy hash with sausage instead of bacon.
Modifications Made:
Pan fried thinly sliced sausage and set to the side. Continue with same steps as before.
Scaled for Likability: Good
It was good and we would all eat it again but the original is so, so much better. There is just something about the bacon. Um, bacon.
