For completely messing up the instructions by not blitzing the oatmeal, the cookies were good. They were moist and flavorful. Whole oatmeal wasn't bad as it offered texture to the cookies. Then teen and I ate the entire batch. Don't worry, it wasn't very many to begin with. For four ingredients, they were enjoyable and we would eat them again.
